Real Investment Ventures Inc. is a local privately owned company, incorporated under the Companies Act of 1994 of St Vincent and the Grenadines. The company’s main objective is to design and build residential and vacation homes that are the first choice for discerning and upscale new homeowners, who are looking for comfortable living spaces in select locations in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. The Company’s success is linked to its objective of total customer satisfaction with every house delivered.
Our homes are appealing to persons who are looking for a safe and secure luxurious living environment. Our approach is to identify and undertake residential property development on building lots in areas across the country that provide homeowners with the peace of mind they need in their homes, while watching their property values grow over time. We select housing developments sites only in the best residential areas where there are unlikely to be any diminution in property value, illegal encroachment issues, but provide opportunities for relaxation with idyllic scenery, and good proximity to shopping, transportation and recreational facilities. We aim to enhance the long-term value of the investment dollars entrusted to us by all our clients.
In designing our homes, we focus on making them as attractive and pleasing to the eye as possible, but also with functional space for easy living. Though we have several pre-design models from which potential homeowners can choose, our architects are also ready to customize these designs or indeed design an entirely new model to suit the specific preferences of our clients. With guidance from our architects, any aspect of the house can be modified: both the exterior elevations and the arrangement of internal living space.
