1. I am interested in a Real Investment Ventures home. How do I get started?

2. How long will it take to build my home?
The building of a home is a delicate process and may be affected by outside conditions and forces of nature. On average our exquisite 4 bedroom homes will take about 12 months to build from the start of construction. A smaller home (2 - 3 bedrooms) will take about 6 – 12 months, depending on the size.
3. Why does it take this long, on average, to build?
The growth in the building industry in the last few years has made it a challenge to keep the construction time below that average. Unfortunately the demand for labour has exceeded the supply and has resulted in manpower shortages that have greatly affected the time it takes to complete a home. We are also committed to building the best home possible for you and this also takes time.
4. How long from contract signing to start of construction?
It may take about 1 to 2 months from contract signing before the start of construction. However, most homes will be started within 1 month of contract signing.
5. How much do your homes cost?
The prices of our homes vary greatly by location, design, type of finish, etc. Some of the variables include the type of terrain, finished desired, and location of the land. Once you determine on which of our building sites you would like to live, and the model of the house that suits you, you can contact us directly for exact pricing.
6. Do you sell your plans?
No, we do not sell our plans and all of our plans are copyrighted.
7. Can I customise my home?
Yes, we are a complete custom home builder. We pride ourselves on having a good variety of standard plans to choose from. However we do understand that we can not think of everything. Customisation to us means modifying one of our existing plans to meet your needs or even starting from a white sheet of paper.
8. We are not ready to move at this time. How soon should we start the buying process?
It is never too early to start planning your new home. We encourage our customers to research our products and services well in advance of actually purchasing their home from us. We want everyone to be confident in the selection of and plans made for his or her home.
