Bedroom & Bathroom:

Queen-sized bed, bedside table, reading lamp, clothes cupboard, iron and ironing table.
Bathroom has hot and cold shower, toilet, extractor fan, vanity and medicine chest with mirror.

Living/Dining/Kitchen:

Living room suite has television, desk & book shelf; dining room has table & chairs; fully equipped kitchen, with microwave oven, toaster, blender, coffee maker, pots and pans, glasses, & cutlery; and cooking gas.

Utilities and facilities:

Each apartment is fully air-conditioned, with cable television, unlimited ADSL internet access, and wired for private telephone/fax line. There is a Laundry room, with washer and dryer. Maid service is available once per week to provide clean bed linen and bath towels.

All windows are burglar proofed and front door is metal. There is allocated off-street parking for tenants.

Rate: US $50 per night for Apts 1 & 4 and US$40 per night for Apts 2 & 3. Rates exclude electricity charge.
